TeepeeTastic Slumber Parties – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Fee & Payments
A non‑refundable booking fee is required to secure your chosen date:
- £10 per teepee for standard packages
- £15 per teepee for enhanced packages
This fee is deducted from your final balance.
All teepees, themes, and extras are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once the booking fee has been received and your date has been approved. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due on the day of setup, payable by cash or bank transfer.
Payment must be made before setup is completed.
If payment is not received, TeepeeTastic Slumber Parties reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the booking fee.
2. Delivery, Service Area, Setup & Collection
You will receive a message when we are approximately 30 minutes away for both delivery and collection.
Please ensure the room is clean, clear, and ready for setup before we arrive.
Children and pets must be kept in another room during setup and collection for safety and efficiency.
A responsible adult must be present throughout.
Setup can take up to 1 hour depending on the number of teepees and the chosen theme.
Standard hire period is overnight unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery & Service Area
We proudly serve Gloucester, offering free delivery within 7 miles of GL3.
We also cover surrounding Gloucestershire areas; locations outside the free‑delivery zone will incur a £1 per mile (one‑way) delivery fee, calculated from GL3 to your party location.
Although two journeys are required (setup and collection), only the one‑way distance is charged to keep pricing simple and fair.
Your delivery fee will be confirmed once your postcode has been reviewed.
3. Care of Equipment
All equipment remains the property of TeepeeTastic Slumber Parties.
Please ensure children do not jump on, move, or misuse the teepees, trays, lights, or décor.
No food or drinks are permitted inside the teepees unless agreed in advance.
Any damage, stains, or missing items may incur a cleaning or replacement fee.
Please notify us of any spills or accidents as soon as possible.
4. Supervision & Safety
Adult supervision is required at all times during the hire period.
Teepees are designed for sleeping and relaxing only — not climbing, swinging, or rough play.
Keep all equipment away from open flames, heaters, candles, and smoking areas.
TeepeeTastic Slumber Parties accepts no responsibility for injury caused by misuse of equipment.
5. Pets
Pets must be kept away from the setup at all times to avoid damage, hair transfer, or allergy risks.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Booking fees are non‑refundable if you cancel your booking.
Date changes may be accommodated depending on availability.
If TeepeeTastic Slumber Parties must cancel due to illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all amounts paid (including the booking fee) or an alternative date will be offered.
7. Photography
We may take photos of the setup for marketing purposes.
No images of children will ever be used without written consent from a parent or guardian.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with TeepeeTastic Slumber Parties, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
